Ninjoe pulled a fast one on us in 1.2 and escaped with a couple of issues.

Fixed in this update

- Cannot die in the second vault anymore, had an impact on some of the ending logic
- Coin duplication bug addressed

If you didn't run into these bugs .... lucky you also if you ran into the coin dupe bug ....  really lucky you!
